Brooklyn Packet Co. Is personally, the best freemium game there is on the iDevice. Obviously, you don't want to spend much using real money, but just as well, as Tap Resort has plenty of coin items (Shells use real money) for you to buy.

The aim of the game is to buy items/buildings, and upgrade them to their max design (look of building changes each time) to earn more coins. You can also decorate your island with items such as dolphins in the water, cruise ships, trees, umbrellas, rocks, fences, flags etc.

They have an implemented IOTD (Item of the Day) system which works very well. The graphics of items is very well designed and the developers must be hard at work to create new items every day.

The current IOTD theme is Christmas, and just recently it was Halloween, where new items have been customized to be 'Christmassy'.

You can just as easily play this game without having to buy shells, as the prices are quite hefty seeing as though it's only a game. (See below).

When you start playing this game, you will see it's very addictive and hard to not open the app at least once a day to collect coins from your buildings.

Definately get this app seeing as it's free. The best of it's kind.
