'Oz Weather' by ozPDA is a fantastic weather application supporting Australia regions. It includes accurate forecasts, current weather, and an animated radar for the rain. The design of this app is great and it looks even better, you can choose from 5 themes including Oz Sky, Daintree Green, Koala Gray, Bondi Blue and Galah Pink.
Oz Weather has very accurate weather predictions that are far better than the Weather app that comes with your iPod. If you are out and about a lot, go for walks and such, this app is definitely for you. I think it's a bit expensive at $2.49 but if it drops, grab it while you can!
Personally, I think Pocket Weather looks better, but they are priced equally, so make your decision.
